Role Responsibilities
Business Development
Liaise with Director and Business Development Manager to explore new opportunities
Engage with Director and Business Development Manager to develop strategy
Engage with Director to develop and monitor growth plan
Manage marketing strategy
Deliver company presentations
Delivery
Ensure efficient day to day operations
Support the Projects department with technical and commercial advice
Ensure Projects remain commercially viable
Seek to improve tender win ratio
Develop KPI’s and monitor
Support the career enhancement of employees by being an effective mentor and role model
Role Requirements
Energy sector experience is essential
Renewables sector experience would be desirable
Business Management degree would be preferred
Engineering based qualification, degree level desirable
Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing teams
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Negotiation and business development skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities on a day-to-day basis
Flexibility and the willingness to travel
Reports To: Director
Following successful completion of the probationary period a training and development plan would be developed to the individuals requirements.
Salary package negotiable depending on experience/qualifications.
