In 2016, N-ERGISE contributed to a key milestone in one of the UK’s most ambitious renewable energy projects — the EON Rampion Offshore Wind Farm, located off the Sussex coast. Our expert team successfully executed the substation hook-up installation, a crucial stage in enabling full energisation of this landmark development.
🔧 Our Role in the Rampion Wind Farm Project
The Rampion Wind Farm, which features 116 turbines generating up to 400MW of power, required precise engineering integration between its offshore assets and onshore grid systems. N-ERGISE was engaged to support the hook-up and commissioning of the onshore substation, a complex process requiring high-level coordination, risk mitigation, and technical delivery.
