Main purpose of job:
Responsible for the company sales department including monitoring service delivery levels and customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Managing Director.
Main tasks of job:
Develop company growth strategy
Explore existing client relationships to expand and develop further.
Seek growth opportunities, ie. new services and/or sectors
Control marketing budget
Generate new business leads through to tender
Regularly meet new and existing clients
Provide presentations to clients, technical engineering support is provided where necessary.
Involvement in senior management meetings
Promote the company, ie. via social media, trade exhibitions
Produce department activity reports
Produce company forecasts
To be self motivated and highly driven
Prepared to travel
Energy sector experience is essential
Wind industry experience would be highly desirable
Provide track record in generating sales and closing
Be able to work using your own initiative in order to meet targets
Maintain a positive and never give up attitude
