About the Role:
N-ERGISE is seeking an innovative and experienced AI & Technology Manager to lead the development, deployment, and integration of AI-driven solutions within our organization. This role will focus on leveraging AI and advanced technology to optimize operational efficiencies, enhance data-driven decision-making, and drive strategic innovation across N-ERGISE’s services, particularly within the energy, infrastructure, and renewables sectors.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in AI and data analytics, with a passion for integrating cutting-edge technology solutions to meet operational challenges. This role is pivotal in supporting our growth through automation, predictive analytics, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Strategy & Development:
Develop and implement a company-wide AI and technology strategy to drive innovation and enhance service delivery.
Identify key areas where AI and data analytics can improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of services across N-ERGISE projects.
Lead and coordinate AI projects, including predictive maintenance, digital twin technology, data analytics, and automation to enhance decision-making.
Technology Integration:
Collaborate with department heads and project managers to understand operational challenges and develop AI-driven solutions tailored to each area.
Oversee the integration of new AI technologies with existing systems, ensuring interoperability, scalability, and user adoption.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and use of technology platforms across onshore and offshore projects.
Data Analytics & Management:
Establish robust data management practices, focusing on data collection, storage, and analysis to support AI initiatives.
Develop and implement predictive analytics and machine learning models to optimize processes, improve safety, and enhance operational efficiency.
Manage data integrity and compliance, ensuring data security and adherence to regulatory standards.
Project Management & Execution:
Lead AI and technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Implement agile project management practices to ensure efficient development cycles and rapid deployment of AI solutions.
Track project milestones, analyze progress, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Innovation & Emerging Technologies:
Stay up-to-date on emerging AI, machine learning, and digital technologies relevant to the energy and renewables sectors.
Propose and pilot new technologies to maintain N-ERGISE’s competitive edge in delivering high-quality services to clients.
Evaluate third-party technology vendors and platforms, ensuring they meet organizational standards for reliability and security.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Manage a team of data scientists, AI engineers, and technology specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technology team.
Collaborate closely with operations, and safety departments to ensure seamless technology integration across projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree in AI, Data Analytics, or Business Management is advantageous.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in technology management, with a focus on AI, data analytics, or digital transformation.
Proven track record in leading AI and technology projects, ideally within the energy, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
Experience with data visualization, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of AI tools and platforms, such as Python, TensorFlow, Keras, or similar.
Proficiency with data analytics tools, SQL, data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and cloud computing services (AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with digital twin technology, IoT, and predictive maintenance applications in industrial settings is a plus.
Project Management: Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
Leadership Skills: Strong people management and mentorship abilities, with experience in leading diverse technical teams.
Analytical Mindset: Proactive problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and project planning.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and to drive innovation across a rapidly evolving industry.
