As N-ERGISE continues to grow with recent contract awards and the expansion of our new Dubai division, we’re looking for a talented Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting time to join us, and we are offering flexible, part-time hours to fit your lifestyle.
About the Role:
As a key part of our expanding operations, the Recruitment Administrator will support the recruitment process, ensuring we continue to attract and retain top talent to drive our business forward. You will work closely with the HR team and department heads to help us meet the demands of our growing business across the UK and Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both UK and Dubai operations
Conduct initial candidate screenings and assist in the interview process
Keep recruitment records and databases up to date
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate timely communications with candidates
Provide general HR administrative support as required
About You:
You are a highly organized, proactive individual with a background in recruitment or HR administration. You are passionate about supporting business growth through talent acquisition and are looking for a role that offers both flexibility and impact. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
