Welding is critical to the integrity and reliability of Offshore and Onshore assets. Every joint depends on three things working together: procedure control, competent Welders and Inspection that confirms the weld will perform in service.
Procedure first
N-ERGISE maintains an extensive Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) library in accordance with DNV-OS-C401, NORSOK and AWS standards, ensuring compliance and consistency across Welding operations. Our weld engineering capability means we can develop and implement Welding procedures tailored to the specific needs of each project, so every weld is planned to meet or exceed the requirements that apply to it.
Competent people
Our Welders, Platers and NDT Technicians deliver Coded Welding, Plating and NDT Inspection across Offshore and Onshore energy and infrastructure work. Where access or verification is required, they work alongside our Rope Access and Fabric Maintenance teams, so Welding, Inspection and access are planned and delivered as one controlled scope rather than separate packages.
Our Plating services support the structural integrity of Onshore and Offshore assets, covering a wide range of requirements from corrosion protection to structural enhancements. Whether the work is on an offshore platform, a pipeline or an onshore facility, the aim is the same: assets that stay safe, reliable and in service for longer.
Inspection that proves it
Quality assurance does not stop when the arc goes out. Our NDT services, including ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection and radiographic testing, are used to identify potential issues before they escalate and to provide accurate, reliable assessments of asset condition.
