Main purpose of job: Responsible for sourcing, procuring & processing stores requisitions and the maintenance of operational equipment; ensuring that all departments receive the necessary goods and materials.

Responsible for: N-ERGISE Stores and Materials. Procurement of Parts and Equipment (P&E).
Main tasks of job:
Equipment management and maintenance of records.
Identification and visual examination of hand tools and equipment.
Inspection, maintenance and certification of Rope Access equipment.
Coordinate logistics of plant and equipment for Onshore/ Offshore projects.
Accurate data collection and analysis, maintaining manual and computerised records – such as material manifests, databases, location of materials, inspection reports etc.
Arranging 3rd party inspection and certification of equipment.
Packaging of plant and equipment for project distribution.
Ensuring equipment is checked and verified prior to project distribution.
Liaising with the Resource Coordinator to organise and pack technician’s personal protective equipment (PPE) for projects.
Maintaining storage facilities, ensuring they are well organised.
General maintenance of the yard and office when required.
PAT testing and recording of office equipment and operational equipment as required.
Work effectively with Projects and Procurement to manage the efficient flow of all materials.
Report to the HSEQ coordinator regarding Health, Safety, Environmental or Quality issues.
Source and Procure parts and equipment (P&E) for the Project department.
Liaising with Projects department for accurate manifest data.
Updating the Approved Vendor List in accordance with procurement procedures.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain latest P&E pricing.
Meet with suppliers to discuss terms of business/ pricing structures etc.
