Health, Safety, Environment and Quality

N-ERGISE made a strategic decision to implement an Integrated Management System (IMS) across all areas of the company. This framework supports continual improvement and sustains overall performance in our business, products and services.

Our IMS is aligned and certified by BSI to the specifications of:

  • ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System – OHSMS)
  • ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System – EMS)
  • ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System – QMS)

Implementation of our Integrated Management System

Effective leadership from senior management, including accountability for the effectiveness of the IMS. Documenting, monitoring, reviewing and continually improving our IMS in accordance to ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015.

We provide products and services to our customers of the highest quality, consistently and efficiently; satisfying customer requirements and applicable compliance obligations. Our priority is to enhance customer satisfaction and the assurance of conformity.

Identification of Risks

At N-ERGISE, we take a proactive, risk-based approach. This means we identify potential HSEQ risks at an early stage, apply proportionate preventive measures and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve non-conformities. Consequently, we are able to drive continuous improvement across operations.

Zero Harm to People

We are committed to protecting the wellbeing of employees, contractors and third parties. Hazards are identified and eliminated wherever possible, and our culture actively supports health, wellbeing and injury prevention. Furthermore, we enforce safe working practices and conditions throughout every project.

Our ‘balanced blame’ culture also plays a key role. Employees are encouraged to report hazards and near misses without fear of reprisal. This transparency enables us to uncover root causes and implement solutions that prevent recurrence. Finally, we ensure all employees comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements relevant to the tasks and risks involved.

N-ERGISE is a certified Full Member (Operator) of IRATA International (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association).

Our multi-skilled technicians provide specialist access solutions to enable complex work at height projects to proceed safely and efficiently. Our Rope Access Management system, combined with our commitment to Health and Safety results in a cost effective solution which minimises time exposed to risk at height.

Our dedicated Projects team are here to advise our clients on the most appropriate work at height method of access in adherence to industry best practice.
