Dubai: One Year On
One year ago, we opened our Dubai base.
It was an important step in growing N-ERGISE’s presence in the Middle East, and a chance to bring our values of efficiency, safety and innovation to a region that plays a leading role in global energy and engineering. Shortly after the base opened, our Managing Director, Martyn Norton, visited Dubai to meet members of our UAE Coatings team, who have been helping to shape the next phase of N-ERGISE’s international growth.
A growing regional team
Twelve months on, our regional team has grown. Every member is completing training and competency assessments to the same global standard we apply across all N-ERGISE operations. Clients should be able to expect the same competence and safety standards from an N-ERGISE team wherever they work, and that starts with how we train and assess our people.
Supporting clients across the region
From Dubai, we support clients across the region with Hook-Up & Commissioning, Inspection and Rope Access, backed by rapid mobilisation, local expertise and a safety-led approach. Qualified Welding personnel based in Dubai also support Fabrication, Construction, Hook-Up & Commissioning, Maintenance and Decommissioning projects across the Middle East. Weld qualification carried out in the UAE verifies each Welder’s competency and confirms that procedures and techniques meet strict industry and project requirements before work starts on live projects.
Into year two
As we move into year two, we continue to invest in our people, so clients can rely on the same competence and safety standards wherever they work.
