What makes a great site team?
As Lewis Brown wraps up his time on our ongoing West Africa project, we want to say a big thank you to him and to the whole crew on site.
Safety on every shift
Safety has led every shift. The team holds each other to high standards, looks out for one another and stays focused on doing the work properly.
Pulling in the same direction
Rope Access, Hydraulics and Oil and Gas scopes in demanding conditions only succeed when everyone pulls in the same direction. This crew does exactly that, and it shows in the way the work is planned, controlled and delivered.
Safe systems. Strong team. The work goes on.
What do you think makes a site team work? We would love to hear your thoughts.
