Investing in our people, one Thursday at a time
Meet Daniel Bramwell, our Junior Materials Coordinator. Daniel has started an HNC in General Engineering at East Coast College, and N-ERGISE is putting him through the course.
College days
Thursdays are college days for Daniel, building the technical knowledge that sits behind the work he does with us every day.
Why it matters
In Material & Equipment Procurement, understanding the Engineering behind each item helps the right kit reach the right job. The knowledge Daniel gains at college feeds straight back into the service our teams and clients rely on.
Upskilling our own team is one of the best investments we can make, for our people and for the clients we support.
Growing skills. Growing people.
Please join us in wishing Daniel the very best with his studies.
