As the HR Manager at N-ERGISE, Enya oversees the strategic and operational aspects of human resources, ensuring that the company attracts, retains, and develops the best talent for its offshore and onshore projects. With over six years of experience in various sectors, Enya demonstrates a broad and deep knowledge of HR and recruitment.

Enya is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where employees feel valued, engaged, and supported. Manging all human resources, administration and compliance functions. This includes coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates, to conducting interviews and reference checks, to negotiating and issuing contracts completing the full onboarding process. With CIPD qualification and strong interpersonal and communication skills, enables Enya to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
