Focal point and company representative for Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) matters.

Qualified Health and Safety professional and an accomplished manager in the development and implementation of Integrated Management Systems certified to ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Health and Safety) standards. Matthew also holds internationally recognised HSE qualification ‘NEBOSH’.

After 10 years of regular service with the British Army, obtaining an abundance of skills in challenging operational environments, Matthew applied his skillset to start a career within the energy industry delivering and developing offshore and onshore safety training. Whilst managing the compliance and service delivery of a busy training centre Matthew developed an underpinning knowledge of ISO standards and industry accreditations. As the knowledge broadened, Matthew focused his career on HSEQ management systems and managing continual improvement. Joining N-ERGISE in 2022.

Matthew enjoys forming collaborative relationships with clients and the workforce during project planning, delivery, and completion.
